Our forums are a place to share adventures, ask questions, exchange ideas and help fellow players. Everyone is expected to follow these rules.
1. Respect other members
Treat others with courtesy, even when you disagree. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks and deliberately provoking arguments are not allowed.
2. Use your own forum identity
Players must select a character from their verified game account before posting. Staff and administrators use their staff forum profiles. Do not impersonate another player, a guild representative or a member of the Zemoria team.
3. Keep posts in the correct board
Choose the board that best matches your topic, use a clear title and search for an existing discussion before creating a duplicate. Keep replies relevant to the conversation.
4. No spam or unauthorized advertising
Do not flood discussions, repeatedly bump topics, post referral links or advertise unrelated products, services or communities without staff permission.
5. Keep content suitable for the community
Do not post sexually explicit content, graphic violence, illegal material or malicious links. Choose appropriate names, avatars and attachments. Clearly label spoilers.
6. Protect personal information
Never publish passwords, account credentials, private contact details or another person’s identifying information. Use Player Support for account issues and other sensitive matters.
7. Report problems responsibly
Use the Report option for posts that break these rules. Submit bugs and account problems through Player Support. Do not publicly share instructions for exploiting a bug, or encourage others to abuse it.
8. Give constructive feedback
Criticism and suggestions are welcome. Explain the issue, provide useful examples and focus on improving the game. Insults and repeated attacks against players or developers do not help resolve problems.
Moderation and enforcement
Staff may move, edit, lock or remove content that breaks these rules. Depending on the severity and repetition of an issue, action may include a warning, posting restriction, temporary suspension or permanent removal of forum access.
If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, submit a respectful appeal through Player Support. Creating another account to evade a restriction is not allowed.
